LEADSVINDEN REFUND POLICY

The following “Refund Policy” is entered into by and between You and Bruce Oliver Consulting (“Company,” “we” or “us”).

LeadsVinden, a Service of Bruce Oliver Consulting, offers clients a unique way to gather new leads. We DO NOT make promises that a client will achieve a certain number of leads. Each client is a unique entity and where one may have received a large number of leads, another may only get a small number of leads. We make no warranties when it comes to the volume or number of leads one will receive.

If you believe you are not getting expected results, feel free to contact us so we can possibly do a few things on our end to improve your results. Then you could end up happy and a Refund Will Not Be Needed.

Only Bruce Oliver of Bruce Oliver Consulting and his team are able to provide LeadsVinden Clients a full refund, within a 30 day period, when a client is unsatisfied with its results.

This Refund Policy requires that you contact Bruce Oliver Consulting directly to handle your refund request. You MUST NOT contact your payment processors first, or your refund process will be delayed. ALLOW Bruce Oliver Consulting to handle refunds from our end to shorten any delays in receiving your refund. By checking the box on the sales page you are saying that you have read this document and agree to our LeadsVinden Refund Policy.

To qualify for a refund, Bruce Oliver Consulting must have received payment from you, our client, for the LeadsVinden services. A request for refund in must be submitted in writing either by email to bruce (at) bruceoliverconsulting.com or US Mail to Bruce Oliver Consulting, P.O. Box 540185, Grand Prairie, TX 75054.

You must provide a list of every location where you placed the LeadsVinden embed code, for how many days, along with the starting dates and ending dates for each Internet campaign. Indicate approximately how many leads you received per campaign.

You must provide an explanation why you are not satisfied with your purchase.

You must provide a copy of your receipt.

If you meet the above requirements Bruce Oliver Consulting will refund 100% of your purchase price, in the same manner you made your payment, providing you are making your request for refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We will contact you and let you know when we start the refund process. Please allow a reasonable time for the processing centers to apply the refund.

We would like our client to be happy with their purchase from Bruce Oliver Consulting in good faith. We hope that we may have an opportunity to serve you in other ways to win back your trust and confidence.
